for state agencies and provide information on employee turnover rates and trends. Information for this report is
obtained from the
Electronic Classification Analysis System (E-Class), a web-based application that can be used
to analyze statewide human resources data. The report also provides a high-level summary of exit interview
survey data that indicates the reasons employees leave state employment.
